Advantage Engineers Announces Acquisition of CMX’s Telecom, PA Environmental and Geotechnical Divisions
Saving 60 PA, NJ, and MD Professional and Support Jobs, as Larger Firm Folds
Mechanicsburg and Lansdale, PA: May 19, 2010 – Advantage Engineers, LLC, a premier regional specialty engineering firm founded by former CMX Principals, Edward Balsavage, and Philip Burtner, has acquired the core operating assets of CMX’s Telecom and PA Environmental divisions in management led transactions. Advantage Engineers, headquartered in Mechanicsburg, PA, has over 60 employees with offices located in Lansdale, PA, Allentown, PA, West Chester, PA, Columbia, MD and Mount Laurel, NJ. No financial terms were disclosed. Washington DC investment firm England & Company advised Advantage in the acquisition.
