The city of of Philadelphia prepared for their victory parade enlisting the help of Advantage Engineers. The wireless carriers took steps to expand capacity along the parade route and leading wireless carrier tapped the Telecom East team to help with last-minute site upgrades, including:
- Adding sectors to existing sites
- Installing temporary sites including Cell on Light Truck (COLT) and all associated power and fiber connectivity
